One of Lita Luparello’s experiments involved painting ceramic vases. Again the technique is specific to her research into colour and transparency. From different angles the same vase offers new aspects literally in the round. Rather than entering the vast field of pottery and glazing her focus is on exploring light, movement, and space. Figurative elements are beginning to dissolve.
